Office 365
This is a 5-day instructor-led training (ILT) course that targets the needs of information technology (IT) professionals who take part in evaluating, planning, deploying, and operating Microsoft Office 365 services, including its identities, dependencies, requirements, and supporting technologies. This course focuses on skills required to set up an Office 365 tenant, including federation with existing user identities, and skills required to sustain an Office 365 tenant and its users.

Exchange Server
This five-day, instructor-led course will provide you with the knowledge and skills to configure and manage a Microsoft® Exchange Server 2010 messaging environment. This course does not require previous Exchange Server experience, but does require students have significant experience in managing Windows Server and Active Directory® directory services or Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS).

Azure
This course provides the underlying knowledge required by Administrators, Developers, or Database Administrators who will be evaluating Microsoft Azure. This course also provides the pre-requisite knowledge for students wishing to attend course 20532C -Developing Microsoft Azure Solutions, or course 20533C - Implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions.

Microsoft Office
This course offers training in Microsoft Office applications(Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Publisher, Visio, Etc). Students have the option of selecting training in a specific software or multiple applications in each session.

Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10
The primary audience for this course is the Enterprise Desktop Support Technician (EDST), who provides Tier 2 support to users running Windows personal computers (PCs) and devices in medium to large enterprise organizations, within a Windows domain environment. EDSTs focus on a broad range of technical issues for Windows operating systems (OSs), devices, cloud services, applications, networking, and hardware support. In the overarching scenario, if an Enterprise offers the service, the EDST is asked to support it.
